An excellent hotel in a great location

Excellent helpful staff, especially when I had our wallet stolen. They helped extremely well by completing the details so our visit to inform the Rome police. Also very clean and comfortable bedroom. Also it is located at a hub for the train, metro and bus.

Liked the staff, very professional and available. The restaurant has an honest offering and the dinner was very enjoyable.

Maybe the room is a bit smaller than expected, given that it was a superior, but it is still very confortable.

Exceptional

We had an excellent stay! The location couldn't have been more convenient, right in front of the Trenitalia station, the metro, and both long-distance and Rome city bus stations. Major attractions like the Colosseum and other iconic sites were easily accessible by bus or train. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly stored our luggage and even had it sent to our room once it was ready. Breakfast was a great value for the price, offering both sweet and savory options to start the day right. Overall, a perfect stay, would highly recommend!

Good stay in Roma!

This hotel was really close to the main train station and bus station! There were many walkable restaurants and stores around the area!

The room was a bit small and the ppl around us were a bit loud.

Very clean, nice rooms and breakfast. Staff was mostly helpful.

The location can be problematic as you have to use public transport to travel. Something to consider for a long stay for more than a couple of days.

The staff were wonderfully accommodating. The restaurant was good and there was a comfortable lobby area for a drink and snack. Perfect for access to the train and metro and to be away from the centre

Very Good

The room was spacious, smelled nice, clean, comfy, free tea and coffee every day(kettle, nespresso machine), clean and spacious bathroom. Our room was up high on the 5th floor looking at the bus and train station it had a balcony with chairs and table, and a window overlooking the train station only. Breakfast was nice and tasty. It was a buffet satisfying all types. It also had a corner with freshly baked traditional cakes. You need the room's card key to use the elevator from the ground floor to any other floor.

Noise from other rooms and in the hotel in general during early morning hours, toilet paper not checked daily.

Good location. Despite being located not in city center, the center is just 25 minutes away by 62 bus (the bus stop is right next to the hotel). Friendly and helpful staff.

Exactly what we needed

Very good for us as we were in transit and wanted to be close to Tiburtina station. The guys on the desk suggested a good little restaurant and really interesting park nearby as we unexpectedly had a few spare hours in the morning.

I forgot to get his name but male staff (night shift) was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. He always made sure everything is well. I can’t thank him enough! Hotel was clean and convenient. Great value for money. Will definitely come back !!

Overall we love Adesso hotel, but the restaurant people esp Livia destroy our image about the hotel

The receptionist Marinela (sorry I forgot the exact name) was very friendly and informative about the hotel and the transportation and places to visit. The receptionist name Rafaelle also very helpful for helping us get our transportation to airport and also very friendly.

The whole group really feel iritated to the restaurant staffs, especially the woman name Livia. She was very rude, her attitude and behaviour was very bad. She treated us not like the hotel's customers, but more like criminals. We really felt that she destroyed the first good impression we had about Adesso hotel. We really think that Adesso Hotel should not employ a staff like her.
